The Cabot Trail, named for John Cabot, the Italian explorer
who discovered the island in 1497, winds around the dramatic
coast of the Cape Breton Island and offers access to Cape Breton
Highlands National Park, a pristine forest at the top of the
Cabot trail.
Among other things, the Cabot Trail has been called "One
of the world's most scenic drives" and "one of the
world's best road trip" by Lonely Planet. Condé
Nast Traveler called Cape Breton Island "Earth's most beautiful
Island". This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.
Our trip goes in clockwise direction along beautiful scenery, breath taking views,
beaches, artisan locations and great dining, along with different
fun festivals along the year for everyone, salmon-fishing rivers,
wild-life sightseeing including eagles and moose and many more
attractions.
The
Cabot Trail tour is included in our Cape Breton ASK GPS Tour
Guide.
